Mrs. Rachael Dibbs is the Managing Attorney. She was called the bar in Florida, USA and Jamaica. She has decades of experience in contract bid submission, contract review and negotiations as well as administration of estates and preparation of wills.
Ronaldo Allen, LLB
Ronaldo Allen is an Attorney-at-Law admitted to practice in Jamaica. His areas of practice include probate, conveyancing, civil and commercial litigation along with other corporate and commercial matters.
Ronaldo is a graduate of the Norman Manley Law School and holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree with Upper Second Class Honours from the University of the West Indies, Mona. A natural leader, he contributed to the executive body while in law school. Ronaldo deals with litigation

Kathryn Lee, LLB
Kathryn Lee is an Associate Attorney-at-Law at the firm who was admitted to practice in Jamaica. She holds a Bachelors of Law Degree from the University of the West Indies Mona and is a graduate of the Norman Manley Law School.
Her practice areas include civil litigation, conveyancing, and probate matters. Aside from the practice of Law, Kathryn has a passion for service. Kathryn is an avid reader and a voracious researcher. She's a founding member of an active charity, raising awareness for the upliftment of children in our society.
